Orders are dispatched within 2-5 days. During busy periods, such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take an additional 10 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, with international orders shipped via DHL. Please ensure your address is accurate.
We are not responsible for customs fees or delays in your country.
- Customs Policy
Orders may incur customs charges, which are the recipient's responsibility and collected at delivery. These fees are not included in the checkout total and vary by country. For details, please contact your local customs office.
If delivery is refused, the package will be returned to us, and a return fee will apply. Uncommunicated returns may be considered abandoned and ineligible for refunds. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages may be marked as "Delivered" even if they are still in transit. If your order shows as "Delivered" but you cannot find it within 4 business days, please check the area and contact Customer Service.
We are not liable for packages marked as delivered. If mis-delivered, please file a claim with the carrier. We do not process reshipments or exchanges, so a new order must be placed. If the carrier’s tracking shows no activity for over 5 business days, contact Customer Service for help.
